How to Play Rock Paper Scissors

Rock Paper Scissors requires two players. At the count of 3, players will both put their hands out and choose one out of the three choices: rock, paper or scissors. Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, and paper beats rock. If there is a tie, players will keep repeating the process until a game is won. The game works best in a best of three scenario, but many still play best of one in a situation that lacks time.
